• No parties or events: To preserve a peaceful environment, parties, events, and unregistered guests are not allowed.

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; it is allowed only in the outdoor areas.

• Security and access: Always close doors and windows when leaving the property and keep the magnetic key card with you at all times, as it is required for access.

• Barbecue: Always place the protective mat under the barbecue to avoid damaging the tiles. After use, please ensure the fire is completely extinguished.

• Air conditioning and electricity: Use the air conditioners only when you are at home. The electrical system operates through the magnetic key card.

• Waste disposal: Follow the recycling schedule available inside the house.

• Use of appliances: Please follow the instructions for the microwave, extractor hood, TV, and barbecue to avoid damage or malfunction.

• Toilets: Only toilet paper should be disposed of in the WC.

• Check-out: Before leaving, please reposition all items where they were upon arrival and leave the house in good order.
